Strong Commitment to HR Excellence
Mersen India is pleased to share that it has been recognized at the National Level HR Excellence Awards, receiving the “Strong Commitment to HR Excellence” award (3rd position band).
This recognition follows a yearlong and rigorous assessment process, including training, detailed reporting on HR practices, and a multiday onsite audit conducted by certified auditors appointed by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
This achievement is due to the strong engagement of the HR team and the support, collaboration, and commitment of the Mersen India leadership team and all employees.
On the award day, Mersen India also contributed to a panel discussion on “Designing wellbeing at scale in complex organisations”, sharing our approach to integrating wellbeing into leadership practices, work design and performance, while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
