Dear Valued Customer,
Mersen is committed to continuously improving customer experience and simplifying product identification across our portfolio. As part of this effort, effective July 6, 2026, we will implement a revision to AJT Series fuse catalog numbers.
This update is intended to create greater consistency across product families, streamline ordering processes, and reduce complexity within distributor and customer ERP systems.
Please note that this change affects catalog numbers only. There are no changes to product performance, electrical ratings, dimensions, certifications, approvals, or form, fit, and function.
What Is Changing?
Beginning July 6th, 2026:
- Standard AJT catalog numbers will designate non-indicating fuse versions. Example: AJT30
- SmartSpot® indicating fuse versions will be identified using the new "ID" suffix. Example: AJT30ID
- Existing “N” suffix non-indicating part numbers will become obsolete and should no longer be used. Example: AJT30N transitions to AJT30
No Changes to Product Performance
This catalog number update does not affect product specifications, electrical ratings, agency approvals, dimensions or installation requirements. Only the ordering nomenclature is changing.
